Writer Looking for a New Book Cover(UNPAID)

I know I'm a bit demanding and stepping out of line here, but I've recently been thinking of getting a new book cover for my novel. I'm not an artist so my current book cover is a bit under the standards.
I would like an artist(it doesn't matter how much experience you have) to draw a new cover for me, unpaid. Credit will be given for your art in the book description/logline.
Please message me if you'd like to take up the job or if you have any questions.

What I'd like in the cover:
-the main character: young(18ish in the cover), scar from right chin to right eye, dark blue eyes, long+messy brown hair, wears medieval clothes, doesn't smile, (OPTIONAL: stepping on a crown/raising a hand with chains coming out of his fingers)
-book title "The Prince of Chains" and "By Flios"
-FULL COLOR
-the rest is up to your preferences

I will not be demanding a payment for the artist or anything, but I will remind that the option of getting free Ink exists on Tapas, and depending on how much of it you earn, you could even get the covers from best artists on this forum and pay for it fair and square

I was considering that at first, but then I realized that my free-ink earning methods weren't loading, so I could only do it this way.
By the way, I do see your art on Tapas and I honestly think its amazing. If you could consider doing this for me, I'd appreciate it a lot. I do have some ink(by that, I mean 25ish), but please do think about it.

Well. I'm looking for some practice, so if you can get a flat, I can add in glow/shadows for depth and maybe a simple animation so u can have a GIF cover.
