Writer looking for Artist Unique Story plot! [Unpaid] [Partnership]

Hello everyone I am HoodedPatriot the writer of Is It Better to Change?, I am currently looking for an artist who is interested partnering in creating a webtoon. Here is the story and synopsis.

Webtoon Title: The Imposter

Genre: Returner/Superhero/Action/Romance

Synopsis:
A supervillain known as Lord Arbiter is on the verge of losing to the hero in an all out battle. The villain decides to use his last trick up his sleeve to trade places with the hero. He ends up waking in the hero's body as a college student. Can the villain keep his act in pretending to be the hero?

Panels per chapter: 20-35

An arc timeline plot has been formulated and artists can freely add to the story as long as it is within the main arc plot.

This story is my own and my vision is to create a lesson about forgiveness in the storyplot.

Hello there, I believe you could enhance your pitch with the following (Keep in mind, it'll be best if you edit your Main Post and add these, some people won't bulge checking replies):

• Amount of chapters you expect your comic to have
• Amount of panels the chapters are going to have
• Is there a script ready? Or do you plan to work a story alongside the other person?
• If this is your story, your characters, your world, your vision, etc. What can you offer an artist in exchange of helping you out in something that is yours and mostly your goals?
