A spin on infection genre where the MC is the asymptomatic carrier of a virus that instantly turns others into monsters the MC's condition also grants abilities to manipulate states of matter (so there's a dark superhero element and display of unusual whacky powers as well).
The theme is brotherhood as two young brothers experience the above, and unwillingly cause an outbreak.
The further they go, their hopes to reunite with family seem unlikely, and they take it upon themselves to fight off the hordes of infected with their newfound powers. Meanwhile a madman spins the situation into a grisly game!
