Well, this may be hard given half the cast doesn't have fingers (chickens)

Alec Tryon would definitely play guitar.
Luke Tryon, maybe bass guitar or drums, doesn't want to be at the front, that's for sure.
Aldi, violin or piano, cause she's the most educated of the group.
Carl, obviously a banjo, gotta keep up the stereotype! (I got hillbilly in my heritage, so it's ok)

Uh, not sure Friar would play anything, maybe crow (sing) -very badly. Same for Gallus.
Bucky would just stand there, unsure of how to play anything.
Actually, I can see all of the chickens pecking at keys on a piano and jumping on them trying to play chords XD

For the record, I do plan to have an upcoming character playing the mandoline (the slicing tool) fitted with strings like a mandolin. And what's funnier is that he's a Mandarin duck.

Ok since characters of my story are mostly office workers it was fun to imagine them in a band together.

Jay on Drums
Riya on Keyboard
Ted on Lead guitar
Kareena on Electric guitar
Vishi on Bass

Ok obviously Gabriel is the only musician in my comic "Me 'n' Friends" but how about this, from left to right:

Gabriel: lead guitar
Angel: percussion
Sam: bass
Willy: drums
Malin: rapper and lyric writer (this gonna be dark )

And bc noone is willing to sing they ask Paccai and he will slay

I think Audrey would be the lead singer and maybe keyboard
Wyatt would play the drums or bass
Eve would be on electric guitar or keyboard or actually i can see her on any instrument basically lol
Irene would be on bass
Camilla could do the backup vocals or something lol

and as a bonus i think Becca could do the PR for the band haha and Henry would be their biggest anti-fan

I feel like if they were in a band they'd be very discordant and incohesive.
Like najm I feel has the vibes of a Hoizer esque gospel singer with a more alternative rock noise - eg "way down we go", "It will come back" that sort of vibe.
Where's Alya is like high energy techno pop/noise thing, more into audio mixing and keyboards, like Patricia taxxon or Pkch.
Qamar I think is soft acoustic guitars or, more inconveniently, a kalimba.
Ok so far this isn't totally unworkable, I mean I think that pkch has managed to integrate soft guitars into techno music and maybe you could add gospel vocals.
Rahat gives either trumpet or echordian vibes.
Now, there has to be a way to do echordian techno, but similar to banjo heavy metal - it might just suck. I think this could be done but similar to how they operate as a ship crew, individual relationships between crew member tend to be more functional than the team taken as a whole.
