Your characters as the people at a slumber party (but keep it sfw)

Love this idea. For Apparent Secrets, the slumber party guests include:

• Iris: Hostess and provider of snacks. Has enough bedding and pillows for everyone. Doesn't make it past 10:30pm, especially if it's a weeknight. Is a known cuddler.
• Zayzann: The first one to suggest "spin the bottle" as a party game. Isn't allowed to use the microwave after burning a bag of popcorn. Hates playing "truth or dare." Steals covers.
• Byxx: Will play "Cards Against Humanity" until the game runs out of black cards. Brought enough beef jerky for everyone. Wants to hear all the latest tea from work and elsewhere. Has a playlist of scary stories for anyone up after midnight. Didn't bring any D-cell batteries for the flashlight.
• Khazmine: Hates losing any type of game. Stays up the latest out of everyone. Is willing to do a snack/ice cream/drink run if y'all pony up some cash. Prefers if you keep the music volume low. Forgets to silence her phone alarm for early tomorrow morning. Won't start a pillow fight, but, by the Makers, she'll finish one.

I'll start with Blue Fedora.

Blue was probably a chaotic teenager since it was her first time outside of being homeschooled. She'd probably start a fire somewhere in the house.

Otto didn't have much of a childhood and he was INFINITELY less sociable than BF. He went to college at like 13. If he got invited to a sleepover, he'd probably ask his dad to pick him up after 3 hours lol.

As for Clyborne and Rin

Rin gets invited to Sleepovers frequently. His friends will often do DnD style campaigns, go look for cryptids in the woods, or knit something. Rin has friend groups in almost all of the 50 states due to his dad traveling.

Clyborne didn't have any friends outside of Amrit in school (who he later married). If they had a sleepover, they were probably kissing in the room until either Cly or Amrit's adults came in there and yelled at them lol.

Rin is like 14. One of the friend groups he has is a group of boy scouts who like to hunt monsters. They sneak out at night and the parents come screaming and looking for them in the woods.

And yes, Cly and Amrit are both his parents! Cly had the baby. Sorry, art is old, and he doesn't have that hair anymore in flashbacks.

Cocoa and Honey from "A Dozen Morning Glories" have both probably been to a lot of sleepovers. Both of their friends have tried to curl their hair for them with curlers but it never worked. The sleepovers they attended were a lot of girl talk, painting nails and snacking. no games, rarely movies. Cocoa is the type to get very very scared by scary stories, so her friends learned they probably shouldn't tell them around her lol. Honey gossips a little too much (read: at all) never with the intention to hurt people she cares about, but still. She's always talking about what guy they know's girlfriend got MAD because he wanted to hang out with a group of friends and one of his friends was a girl. She has all the crazy girlfriend stories, and is always the one being like "honestly, she was crazy from the start though. I think he dodged a bullet." And everyone agrees with her because she says things with such confidence

Ayla is only 5, and she for sure could not have a sleepover at Dorine's house. so Essence would probably end up letting Ayla have one at her apartment. Ayla would do her best to be a good hostess and make everyone feel welcome, but she'd constantly run to Essence for help when there was something she was worried about, like how to move the coffee table so all the girls could spread out their sleeping bags on the living room floor. Shaun would probably end up helping before the night was over, bringing some snacks kids would actually like, suggesting some games the girls could play, and helping them paint their nails, because Essence has zero idea how to run a sleepover. shes never been to one, and she's only glimpsed the ones her little sister sometimes hosted.

Texas and Chili are besties who live together, so most nights when both of them aren't busy are kind of like sleepovers. They'll wrap themselves in blankets and watch TV, eat snacks, play board games. Tease and flirt with each other (though most of that is on Chili's side honestly.) constantly. They genuinely just live the chaotic friend-duo dream lol. Though they stay up too late and don't get nearly enough sleep
