It's not really annoying so much as confusing, but comments where I can't tell if the commenter is frustrated on the character's behalf or actually annoyed at how the story's going. Like, what am I supposed to respond to those?
Otherwise commenters on here have been very nice and civil so far; the place where I've experienced the worst (read: cringiest) comments so far is definitely Wattpad. I once had a commenter on a fanfiction referring to one character in the main pair as the "uke" and then later calling him "(name)-chan". The story is completely safe for work. I never once indicated who plays what role in bed and have no plans to. The only reason why that person assumed (and then proceeded to wimpify him with that girly honorific!) was because this character was shorter.
Anyway, yeah, fujoshi putting-them-into-cliché-boxes-based-on-physical-traits comments are definitely among my least favorites. Thankfully I have yet to encounter any on Tapas.
