He'll infect em within a 30 foot radius, overpowered by his coughs he'll immediately be vulnerable.
If he manages to regain himself from coughs, his kite can withstand all levels of attacks in the manner of a shield (even god level ones) but that wouldn't be enough to save him from 10000s of attackers from all angles. Without the other MCS to aid him, the infected incel minions would overpower and eat him since they cant infect him like regular humans. Life-forms they cant infect, they will eat!
He adorkable, so don't know if Akala's minions outside the 30ft radius still get their Anti-Chad buff
They'd have to deal with the other infected minions and also become infected by em.

Still ironing out Evlyn (Evan's mom) abilities for season 2 who's a total milk if you replace the k, so more illusion weaving and dlc for their VR glasses maybe, plus she's sassy as her true self anyway
The female super humans (sick girls) aren't carriers of the virus so Akala's minions never become infected, and attack as human selves. Evan inherited her genes and she's more skilled than him, she's lived for centuries battling other gods and is able to handle em.
