Listening to sad music when you're sad~

Questions

I like to listen to sad/mellow songs when I'm in a fragile mood for sure~ If I try listening to happy/cheerful sounding music, it usually makes me feel worse. Some of my favourites would have to be I follow the moon and irony right now, but there're definitely more that I'm overlooking.
