Hey guys! I'm a fairly new artist on tapas and would love feedback. I also love reading other people's work so if you want to exchange some ideas, just drop by my comic or let me know privately! Here's my comic and I hope you enjoy!

Yeah I definitely agree with @lunaartemisasama you just need to mess around with t he weight of the lines. If an area in clothing creases, make sure the line are is thin. If you're trying to have a tone of intensity, make the weight of your lines more dramatic. Your creating great art, you just nee…

Congratulations on your comic averserie! Lols I love that word. My comic PoisonHeart has been running for little less than a year.

I'm fairly recent on Tapas as well and would love your feedback! And I am always looking for new webcomics so I will also be happy to read others as well. My comic is about a boy named Ashok who has his dad's ghost haunt him with terrible dad jokes. Hope you enjoy

Your colors and characters are heartwarming. I love Alex and his imagination and his wild and adorable adventures. Its absolutely breathtaking.

This is pretty good, I love your ghosts expressions and honestly each episode is a trip

Im so glad! I can't wait to see it!

I read your webcomic and the beside form lettering already mentioned, you should play a little more with the perspective of your characters, maybe some foreshortening. Also try to create more settings on your own so the style stays consistent to your characters. Other than that, I love the friendshi…

My comic is a mystery comedy about a ghost dad who comes back to haunt his son with terrible dad jokes Hope y'all can check it out and give feedback

I traditionally use tumblr, but I only use it to give bits and pieces of my work because my comic is a series. If your comic is a slice of life comic, then its a good idea to post on twitter, like you're doing, tumblr, and even instagram. Personally, I like instagram because it can reach a larger au…

@EclairBrun I love sarcastic charchters too, but I like them as contradictory characters that give off the vibe they don't care about other, but in time of crisis are the first ones to act, like Sokka from Avatar the Last Airbender

I love the over analytical ones too, cause to tell you he truth, without them, half of comic series characters will most likely die by the end of the chapter tbh

My favorite type to of personalities are those where the character has a clear devolution from who they start off from. I like to do this because often times, characters always grow into their persona, and I wanted to create something counteracting that notion. I wanted my character to be seen as co…

Lol thank you, but its literally like that though. You see all these other peoples' art and compare it to yourself and beat yourself up when you shouldn't. Practice takes time ya know

I'm a little worried guys. I have SAT'a and ACT pre exams coming up and I don't know. I'm just worried because a lot is riding on them. And I also have to do this feature article for my high schools literary magazine so I don't even have time for things I like anymore

I'm currently watching Naruto Shonen Jump, but i'm a little unmotivated because I want to see more character development in Sakura and Ino, but all they have is a lowkey rivalry. I think its kind of odd how it builds up the characters of everyone else but them, including Akamaru or Konohomaru

Honestly, this is so relatable, but that's why I like forums. I would love to read your work, just send a link on here and I'd love to check it out. Also forums also consist of people who genuinely love feedback so just keep being active!

Nahh man that seems prettty intense as well, and if little ten year olds are throwing stuff at you, you just have to embrace your environment and think like a ten year old as well. That way you can think of stuff to get them in line so to speak

That's actually really cool though, you can probably give a lot of your friends guidance because you might have already had experience in some things

Its been sort of rough you know? Like I have to study for the PSATS and PACT for high school because my dad wants me to take the real thing a month after. And I volunteer a lot so I don't necessarily have a lot of time allocated for the things that I like, but I just need to step back and breathe I …

This is such an interesting comic! I can't wait to read more of your work!

I just stumbled upon this wonderful forum and checked out your comic, and can I say, your style is awesome! I love the originality of your characters and the setting is always authentic

Hey y'all. I'm a pretty noob new comic artist on here, but I started a webcomic called Poison Heart and I'd love some feedback on paneling and typography. Also, if you want me to check out your webcomic in the process, please let me know because I enjoy the styles of others! Here is the link and …

17 - I whole-heartedly am grateful that you mentioned how we shouldn't be put off by others' work. Often times, I do find myself feeling that way because it seems like I'm remaining stagnant while others continue to grow. But I've learned that there are ways to counteract that attitude. Sometimes, I…
