Note:
I'm a self proclaimed writing elitist. If I'm evaluating a piece, expected no undeserved love. I usually walk into experiencing a story expecting it to be bad, but will keep an open mind for artistic elements or potential of a story. At the end of the day, I'm here to improve your work, not to pat you on the back or kick you into the dirt. However, if the piece itself is not worth my time (meaning the writer probably spent less time thinking and writing about it than I'd spend writing a critique), you'd probably get a short statement addressing the low quality of the presented piece.

I might be interested in creating something under collaboration with you. As a developing artist, my drawing skills aren't too polished yet, but I have too many ideas out there that some might inevitably never see the light of day based on their sheer quantity (at my current pace and understanding o…

This situation could avoid Deus Ex Machina completely. In fact, there's a huge plot hole that makes your current description hugely flawed. First of all, what makes the detective believe that the witness is dead? Is it announced? Was it a result of an investigation? Both of these would need to be …

Most artists aren't looking for editors, per say, so don't expect to find any line artists from this thread. I would suggest you offer a more feasible reward, as not many are willing to work for free. I get the situation you are in, but realistically you'll just be wasting your time sitting here a…

Are I not able to edit the original post? You should be able to  If it's possible, slap on a big bolded disclaimer that your offer expired or something.

My avatar resembles a cog formed into the shape of the letter "C" inside it is two clock hands. It's supposed to be a clockwork design that alludes to Chronos (Kronos), the Greek Titan of Time

Throwing ideas around? I'm not sure how that would really work, but I'm open to the possibility. I'm heavily focused on writing and editing (storytelling is my forté). I am also currently practicing to become a better artist. I stick around Discord the most, so you'd likely catch me there someti…

There's no set requirements that define a specific style. That being said, it's okay if comic styles have some more realistic features now and then. Which aspect you end up leaning more towards should depend on your genre and plot. Each one plays to different strengths, so it is good to bear that in…

It's all subjective. You need to have a good understanding of how much you're readers can take. It depends on the genre and the pacing of your story.

 Well, we can talk about any logistics on a messaging system. I do want to acknowledge a variety of issues. Since you're on, are you free to use a text chat software? IE: Discord, Skype, Facebook? It'd be great if we can connect with each other to address some stuff. EDIT I was a minute too slow…

Sounds like a plan. I'll get started on the script and descriptions pronto. I'll send them to you when I made enough progress, and give me a thumbs up on your end. I work in school and at home a lot, but also have a number of projects to work on. I'll try to get it out as soon as possible. As fo…

Been thinking all morning for a story that makes good use of your style @_@. Still working on it. I'm not sure how it might go but I'm certainly up for designing a short story with you. The art style is drastically different from the ones I was expecting, so it's likely that it is not suitable for…

Since I haven't really established a portfolio yet, I currently don't have any means of social media  I've always avoided using apps like Twitter and Instagram—maybe it's about time I made them. This would likely come with the creation of my first Webcomics. I'll be sure to give you the links …

I would consider myself to be an anti-cliché writer. Most of my stories very deliberately avoid certain clichés, especially plot armor. To avoid clichés, there's only a few things you really need to consider: Is what you're writing realistic? That is, if events will play out like they did in the w…

Ayyyy that story name. Sorry, my story is called "We the Unwanted" so I can relate :point_left::point_left:

Anya is still currently my "endgame" character. She is part of a 7 novel series (Hell's Gate), and is the protagonist of the followup trilogy. Currently, the baseline of her story is developed, but the plot is still developing as we speak. I'm likely going to start pushing out all my stories, incl…

Aye, that's an optimistic way to view it  But somehow in there we gave birth to dabbing and fidget spinners  We're sinners :confounded:

That is fundamentally true. An example to point to will be Light from Death Note. Truthfully, I believe a fair share of us rooted from him from the very start. The cause he had was a controversial one. Some would consider it noble, but others would consider it twisted and cruel. This is voiced out b…

Personal anger to various behaviors of humanity. I believe that people that commit crimes that ruin other people's lives don't deserve a second chance, and would rather see them dead than alive. It's an unpopular opinion, so I don't really exercise it :stuck_out_tongue:

I might be interested in working with you on the short term, since I need to expand on my portfolio as well. I'd have to scrape up a story concept though, so it might take me a day or two.

I personally believe in vigilantism, and since it's unlawful to practice such a concept out in the real world, I divert my ideologies to the characters in my story. Anya is far most my favorite OC. She's been through pain and suffering, which makes her the bitter and angsty character that she is. …

All projects I'm doing is WIP @_@ I currently have a handful of series I'm working on, plus a roleplay. I also have some stories I'm currently brainstorming as well. It's going to be a long ride

Hello Tapas! I've recently been dragging my feet in writing, caught in between the stage of making a novel or a manga. Between the two, I feel like the latter is the more suitable way in creating practically all of the stories I have designed. Most of my original works are anime inspired, which he…
