It depends on wether you are working in full color, greyscale or even pure Black&White. Usually for a colored page/picture 300/350dpi are fine, but with Greyscale and Raster you go for 600 dpi so the lines stay sharp. I like it a lot, since I was always a fan of statistics. Since none of the old stats are missing (you just have to the click the last icon on the right) I don't see a problem at all. And yes I see red flags all over my series too ;D
Well... if I had a crazy amount of money I'd do the job and just team up with other artist to deliver this

Usually I take around 4-10 hours per page depending on the difficulty and detail and... current mood 
There are days I just sprint through the pages and others I can barely do a single line concentrated.
