Genre: Horror, Mystery Mine's is a collection of tales from monster hunters and their dangerous lives. https://tapas.io/series/The-Monster-Hunters-Collection

I haven't been active on Tapas in quite some time. But I've been meaning to come back. As a black man myself, it's genuinely scary seeing what's going on. But I hope we can support each other in these difficult times. Hopefully we can promote more positivity in the future. https://tapas.io/series/Th…

Did someone say stories that are "messed up" and "cross lines"? I think I have one. As for my thoughts on the topic, I think it's up to the reader to know their limits. When it comes to violence and horror, it's hard to know your limit until you've seen that limit. Many times, I fear that I may cros…

Well, at this point in the story, it wouldn't be much of a spoiler considering I made a whole chapter explaining what he does. So here's the basics: *Name? The Squealer *Job? None *Hobby? Kidnapping people for food *Like? Consuming younger people because "the meat is fresher". *Dislike? Not getti…

You're not wrong. He can move without really being seen. He breaks the laws of physics on a regular basis. And yes, he is not a good guy at all. He's killed several adults and children through his years. He pretty much feeds on humans. His powers are a bit more complex though. I wish I could explain…

Talking about super powers? I'll partake in that. Can anyone guess anything about this fella? [image] You can find out about him here. Let's see those powers. I'll be looking at everyone else's and taking a guess.

I always love dark endings. For example, when a character tries to climb a mountain. Several of the character's friends get hurt and/or die, but they keep going. When they reach the top, they don't feel happiness because they lost more than they gained. It's dark, bittersweet endings like that I alw…

No problem. Keep up the great work. Always happy to help.

My favorite line is from a comic I did a while back. It's from episode 12. (WARNING: OFFENSIVE HUMOR) "Even if I was into humans, I still wouldn't date you. Not because you're a pervert, but because you're black."

I only have two: The Emoji Movie and Dragonball: Evolution. Those films made me lose hope in Hollywood.

I can understand how you feel. It sounds like you're feeling discouraged. I can relate to how you're feeling, and I'm sure a lot of other creators can as well. I have made several comics and novels (not just on Tapas). None of them have ever led to any payoff or major recognition. On a regular basis…

If there's horror wanted, I'm the man to deliver.

I don't necessarily have a "process". I just write. Most of my stories all take place in the same world. I've been developing it ever since I was in 7th grade. Since my world typically revolves around all types of aspects such as horror, fantasy, etc., I typically start the world from one series to …

I have three series and a fourth on the way. Not to mention, the stuff I do on Webtoon. It can be very time consuming and sometimes exhausting, but I normally make a schedule. I focus on one series one day, then another series the next day. I usually dedicate one date to work on one specific series.…

It depends on the audience you're trying to bring in. If you want a mature audience, then you would more likely have mature content. I, myself, have a comic that is completely mature. Mostly because I want a mature audience.

Could it perhaps have been Duck Dodgers?

Robot Chicken? Aqua Teen Hunter Force? Squidbillies? Off the Air? Morel Orel? These are the best I can come up with. I don't know what else it could be.

Strangely, in my series, one of my main characters is named Smalls. He's incredibly naive and optimistic. Even if his friends are dying around him, he still has a smile on his face.

It's dark comedy, but comedy nonetheless.

The weirdest thing my protagonist has done is NOT skip town for some reason.

I had fun with this camp. I happily congratulate the winners.

I believe the story is more important. Art is one thing, but without a good story to tell, everything else would fall apart. I relate to this topic quite highly as someone who is not the best drawer but still makes comics.

That ghost lady from The Grudge was the bane of my existence as a child.

A guy sees monsters...but no one cares.

I couldn't date any of my characters. They're mostly disgusting, deformed creatures.

I suppose I'll put mine here. I don't necessarily know what can be discussed about it.

I'm posting on my friend's behalf. This is his story. Best of luck to all of you. He and I are having a friendly competition over this. We'll try our best.

This one is for all you horror lovers out there. I wish everyone the best of luck on the contest. I'll be reading your stories.

I'm hype for this. Got my story ready. I look forward to ready everyone else's.

I'm super ready for this. I've got my story. I look forward to reading everyone else's.
