I would love to submit! Gonna get straight to brainstorming for this. Thanks for subscribing!
As a girl in a poly-triad, I cannot even begin to say how excited I am to see this project!
Are you still looking for a digital inker for your comic? As far as payment goes, you should consider how many hours you expect the artist to spend working on each page and come up with a price that equates to at least minimum wage. 20 pages every 2 weeks would take any artist a considerable amoun…
I plan out where my word bubbles are going to when I'm in the thumbnailing stage. Once I get to the point of laying out the page, I draw the panels and word bubbles at the same and get that all inked, along with the text, before I start drawing. Sometimes this can be a problem when I decide to chang…
I'm working on a NSFW for Comic Cambion . It is NSFW for violence and man on man sexual situations, though the violence has definitely outnumbered the sex so far. Why am I writing NSFW? I guess I feel its a little more real? My characters live in a medieval/Game of Thrones sort of setting. While m…
My comic, Cambion, deals with some BxB themes. It's only come up once so far in four chapters but its definitely going to be a major theme.
It's a fantasy comic with elves and demons.
It's hard to resist. I cringe at many of my pages in the first chapter of my comic but I have to remind myself that I'm not going to get anywhere if I keep going back and re-doing what I've already done.
Ah, well, I was very enthusiastic about reading at the time and figured the best way to tackle my project was by writing. I think the main reason I turned to drawing it was both because I had a difficult time describing things I wanted the reader to perceive it and because I had noticed how arts who…
I think the appeal for me was just, at the time I started reading BL in middle school, I was very firmly apposed to anything girly. There was a real lack of female characters who weren't ditsy, and boy crazed and all into dresses and the like. I think I also enjoyed it because there was an aspect, a…
I would say that I have been considering the story of my characters from Cambion for about ten years now. The story has gone through tons of revisions and I've tried writing it as a novel about three or four times as well as a different comic once. The rendition that I'm currently on began in Novemb…
I have doubts about my story telling abilities from time to time. Like, I've had my story in mind for a long time but I'm not sure if I'm telling in the best way as far as pacing and whatnot. I try to avoid cliches and keep the story interesting but who knows?
Thanks for this information. For a $1.19. These definitely appear to be worth trying out.
This is something that I have wondered as well (for when I eventually tackle my short stories). I feel like it would be most cohesive to put together shorts that fall under the same genre and theme. And you don't have to worry about throwing readers off if one of the stories is completely differe…
Oh shoot! :facepalm: I can't believe I made that mistake. _ノ乙(、ン、)_ I like La Luna and Partly Cloudy. o.o;;
My all time favorite would have to be Tiger and Bunny. The feels bro, the FEELS. Then there's a long list of secondary anime but I don't want to get into that because I won't be able to stop.
Ratatouille Up Wall-E A Bug's Life The Incredibles This is more a fluctuating list than anyone. They're really all too close for me to pick consistent favorites. As for shorts, I really, REALLY love Paperman.
I typically end up working on my comic on my bed or on a couch. Neither is probably very good since they're comfortable and I end up getting sleepy. u.u
