Stuff that is personally helpful for me is to include something I would like drawing on every page or some interesting challenges to keep the process fresh! For example different camera angles or perspective shots. I also practice things I know will be hard for me beforehand. So that I will both…

I actually was a big fan of a German audio drama a few years ago and I always was into detective stories featuring the supernatural. A friend of mine then started her own comic about mysterious murders being committed by a supernatural being and I was hooked. "Welcome to Night Vale" made me intere…

Hello! It's nice to see quite a lot of people are creating with LGBT+ subject here on tapas. My comic contains LGBT+ subjects (most of it on the T front, but there's not more), but does not completely focus on it. My aim is to tell a story that represents LGBT+ folks without restricting them to bein…

Hello! My comic is about a young witch, searching for her mother and meeting new friends. The first chapter is about to resume, so it's a good time to catch up!

My partner and I are working on a comic named "Heirs of the Veil". The main character is a witch named Victoria, who tries to find her mother and claim her heritage. The plot mainly revolves around Victoria finding her own definition of what true strength means.

Okay, I have some of those too: Desert Grey Glamour Feral Gentry All of them are really unique and interesting stories in their own regard.

Jupp. I got a pretty nice idea about how the first chapter of Strayer could have been better structured and how I could have had all the things that happened in there, but with faster pacing. I even thought about re-doing chapter 1, but I think that would be unfair to the readers, who want to know h…

I´m very attached to my comic Strayer ,but because of that it often feels like I can´t do the story enough justice and I´m constantly struggling with the thought of redoing bits of it to my satisfaction. I know this is kinda stupid, because I think it´s most of the time better to keep going and impr…

Thanks! I hope we´ll be able to talk more in the new year!

If you´d like, maybe review "Strayer" http://tapastic.com/series/STRAYER ? If it doesn´t work on tapastic here is the tumblr version http://strayer-comic.tumblr.com/page/169 Contains blood in the first Intermission and the third chapter, but nothing too graphic. Also it already has a good amount…

[image] I´m in the middle of coloring a scene in an operan house. Need to up my background skills, hehe.

That´s a problem I struggled with lately as well. Depending on what kind of story you´re writing, the people that read it my also differ. I noticed that people seem to be more inclined to comment on fast-paced comedy (like gag-a-day strips) than on more quiet, drawn-out epics. This of course does no…

Hello and good day to you all! My name is Jassy and I'm one half of an artist duo by the name Tentakelgottheit. The other half is my datemate Phie Kaldinski. We have been working together for almost six years on various projects. Our biggest project is our webcomic Strayer. Strayer tells the stor…

This is the recent page that has been uploaded to Strayer here on Tapastic. The following Intermission and next Chapter will follow on Tuesday. [image]

Hello there! I'm Jassy, one half of the artist duo Tentakelgottheit and we are new on Tapastic with our webcomic Strayer, as we currently plan to change platforms...maybe. The comic tells the story of Cortéz Velasquez, who's an archivist by day and by night a Strayer, an entity who tries to keep p…

Hello there! I'm Jassy, one half of the artist duo "Tentakelgottheit": We are currently working on a webcomic called Strayer, that is already hosted on another platform. However we think about changing platforms and wanted to give Tapastic a try. Strayer is the story about the english archivist Co…
