don't know if that was mentioned before but there's the thing when you get a page comment that goes along the lines of "hey like your comic and if you like this and that type of comics check out mine thanks" - i mean, i really really do appreciate every reader but ... well i wouldn't write a comment…

well my comic isn't set at school or university! fair enough, one of the 2 main characters is trying to get into a college programme but that's about it! anyway, it's called who's your daddy?. basically, it's about a dad and his daughter's boyfriend. and slow-building (b)romantic bonding.

i also think it sort of depends what you try to achieve with your background. i mean, thinking of some kind of fantasy comic, or basically any comic setup with its own fantastic world, i just think that the background there is essential to the story. or simply, a room plays an important role in a st…

hahaha, that one actually reminded me: back in school, i must have been like.. 13 years old? we had this project going, everyone was supposed to sort of creatively express a fairytale (write a poem, act it out, whatever) but anyway, i decided to draw some of my chosen story's characters. i was …

oh thanks guys. and no, i'm pretty sure that drawing people is not illegal. not like i actually did read it up. anyway, by now, i can laugh about it!

oh my lord, i've got quite a story. so, i like sketching people. meaning: i go out, sit down somewhere, and draw the people around me. in secret. usually no one notices anything, i'm very... good at hiding what i'm doing. or more like, i've gotten quite good at it, in the beginning one or two peop…

i think that first of all, you should be satisfied with your work. i mean, there's no use in just producing a lot when in the end it lacks sth for you. actually, scratch that, there's no use in producing. you're creating, in your free-time, and quantity shouldn't be priority, at least in my opinion.…

omg yes, i totally agree. also with the "hey is that me?" that does happen, doesn't it?!

imma share this charming fella [image]

i draw portraits, a lot. realistically. but i don't have anyone sit for me to model, i just go out and sketch strangers' faces. which means i only do really quick portraits. which is all very well, you know, no one's watching you, or giving their opinion, and you also don't .. know the person you're…

hi there! my webcomic's called Who's Your Daddy? [image] basically, it's about a dad and his daughter's boyfriend forming some sort of friendship/bromance/well, ultimately romance. needless to say, it's all very much on the slow-building side. and there are some jokes as well.

a while ago i sketched some masked characters, but i haven't really done anything with them yet. [image] [image] i posted the drawings on deviantart.

this thread is so much fun! and wow everyone improved so much, i'm seriously impressed! and yet.. i've got the feeling that everyone's early work isn't as embarrassing as the stuff i fabricated. as a shounen-ai lusting teenager. i mean, i did draw comics before that as well, but this was the fi…

my comic's called "who's your daddy?" [image] well, i can certainly say that i didn't dwell on some kind of fancy opening. since that wouldn't fit the story. or the way i want to tell it.

hey y'all! this is the latest page (21) of my comic who's your daddy? it follows the slow-building (b)romance of a dad and his daughter's boyfriend! so, sort of a mix between romance, slice of life and humor. [image] last week, i finished drawing the comic, and in total it's about 90 pages long. s…

is that your guinea pig, i have a guinea pig that looks almost exactly like that (which i guess isn't too special but--)

i just love all the dinosaurs

Hello, my comic's called Who's Your Daddy? [image] I started it because, well, i finally wanted to try and draw a whole story again, and not just sketch some characters or small scenes. I also wanted to tell a sort of ... lighter, realistic story, very basic, without any fantasy elements and j…

my dorky comic goes by the name Who's Your Daddy? it's a fun slice of life where you get to watch a 40y old dad befriend and then develop a crush on his daughter's boyfriend. [image] it's all very awkward and unfortunate, really.

um mine is funny/slice of life. it's about a 40y old dad who befriends his daughter's boyfriend and then awkwardly crushes on him. not pervy or anything, not soppy either, it's actually quite simple. it's called Who's Your Daddy? [image]
