It's probably not impossible, if it's important for you to not lose these potential readers.
However, I would not personally do it if it was my comic, as it would remove much of the wacky humour I enjoy in your comic, and I would be too worried that I would need to censor constantly, more and more.
I'm afraid your kind of comic would be reported all the time even if the edited version was first passing through.
That's just my feeling. We're not actually dealing with guidelines to make things YA friendly, but clearly with ideological, liberticide censorship. Your comic is all what comic-flagging people hate.
(Sorry for my depressing views on 2019 Internet. I know it won't help...).
If you want to go for it, I think I would simply remove or condense a lot the problematic parts. I don't think trying to make a SFW version of the jokes (visual or text-based) would be very good, because it's often the non-PC nature of the jokes that makes the humour.
