@Leyelle Aww I love your little scientist
I'm a sucker for wacky designs too, as seen in Butter Bee lol, I think her design is pretty cute, maybe she would look good with some little black socks though, to balance out the monochrome design a little more :)! I like it though <3
Ahh thank you
You've been doing really picking up digital though, from essentially never have touched digital art until like 2 years ago right?? That's crazy to me. I feel like I only got a good hold of digital in recent years, but I had drawn digitally for much longer.
@Leyelle I feel like it cooould work, but I would make the bow on the t-shirt at a larger scale? To emphasize it's a graphic on the shirt and not another bow tie. You could even experiment with the shape of the bow on the shirt, right now these bow graphics have been kind of popping up everywhere. Here's an example for a sense of scale (you'd just transform it more into a bowtie:

Although if you want her to be slightly more deranged I'd literally make her wear two bow ties
Or instead of a mock bowtie shirt, if you wanna keep the scale of it more realistic, it could be a mock tie shirt! Kids wear all sorts of weird clothes so honestly it make work and make it sort of funny/cute memorable thing about her design.
@abigaillmartin Omg is this Houdini in the clone high au?? He looks cool! He kind of has a 50s greaser vibe going on? Or it could be 80s new waver honestly too... the sleek pant suit with the t-shirt is an iconic look
Aww this is a cute little sona drawing <3
@Lensing I think this is actually turning out pretty cool for something you keep on saying you think you don't know what you're doing
She's giving 50s pin up art, especially with sort of glowy back light to her. I don't mind the colors, I think they mirror more like irl palettes. If you wanna emulate more of those 50s vibes though, you could experiment with bringing more of a sepia or reddish tone to the darker values on her skin. But honestly I think the mauvy tone in the shadow is nice, and gives it a more natural feel.
