4 day of no reply from tapas email and missing ink from Mafia City(china game)

have anyone keep having the same problem with Mafia City(china game) ink reward being slow and no ink giving at all, only if file a report can you get the ink but not all?

14 day without ink giving then file a report then got ink, but that was like 14 day ago and not even complete, then file email again! got reply from tapjoy team say that they just send ink but no ink in my account, email again then got a email say they can't sent it twice and tell me to contract the tapas team...

contract tapas team help, no email answer for like 2 day, email again not even an answer so...

day 4 send email again with all information...

hopefully this will be my last

...day 5 or 6 still no reply lol and got an event said that series on sale need more ink for that...

never pay game that come from china(not racist), cause the last time i play some china app but no ink have to send an email for it but as least i got ink, but that was like one email, but this time have to send like 5-6 email till got ink, but no ink... wonder if it tajoy or china game...

ps: other game like Animal Restaurant is china game send some email got all my ink but this Mafia City not all ink, in fact i already done the play with 3-5 ladies ink missing:
3 ladies - 41,376
4 ladies - 143,296
5 ladies - 101,966

i already got the missing ink on day 14 by send email for the reach mansion level 3 & 5, play with 2 ladies:
mansion 3 - 960
mansion 5 - 1,984
2 ladies - 6,592

you guy can see the not all ink are send and why the tapas team and tapjoy fail

Lol i just got my 4 ladies - 143,296 just now, but the 3 & 5 have not been reward yet, guess that mean different employee mean different answer

It's better to file a complaint on their discord server. I don't like they use it to solve problems, but they do it quicker there than over emails. I had a problem and they answered for weeks on email, on discord it was 2 days worth of waiting.

i just create discord today for programing json problem and experience on different app reason so... what are their discord name and how do you got the exact respond? do they pm you for that? sorry still new to discord

you go to #tech-support channel (it's in the first few channels)

and smack Create ticket button on the bottom of the channel
it will create a chat with a mod, write everything what you got there, better with some screenshots
