I do a lot of ink offers. Mostly they go through without a hitch. Unfortunately when they don't they can go off the rails. Currently after a series of emails with Tapjoy claiming I received ink from my ink offer I had to go through Tapas.
Normally Tapas wraps things up so fast and neatly I wish I could circumvent the Tapjoy portion. Sadly today is not one of those times. Instead of being sent regular ink to compensate for the offer I was sent bonus ink. Not only that but I was told I'm always suppose to receive the compensation as bonus ink despite this being the first time that's ever happened.
The person responding says that every other time must of been a mistake. Furthermore I was told you can only obtain regular ink through purchasing it. But I've been doing ink offers for over a year and that isn't remotely true. If you have the app watch a 30 second ad and see if you get regular ink or bonus ink.
Something important to note is the fact Ink offers just say ink they do not specific bonus ink. What is going on? Have I been somehow been getting the wrong ink in error or is the person responding unfamiliar with the process?
