About publishing manga

Hi guys, I want to ask you a question, hoping you can give me some advice. I was looking a way to publish a manga, in particular a website with international projection. The problem I found it´s the format. I wanted to publish it in a format like the Manga Plus app, or Faneo website, in summary, that people can read page per page, and in every page there are some strips (you can see what I mean here: https://mangaplus.shueisha.co.jp/viewer/2003664) instead of the classic webtoon format (all strips vertically)
Do you know any website where I can upload webcomics in that format? Or it will be possible in Tapastic?

Yes! There is a really cool site called Globalcomix where you can upload in manga format and you can even read panel per panel! It's a very cool place.

There once was also SmackJeeves where you could upload in manga format, but now the site is shutting down.

Well technically you can literally do it on any site, Tapas included. No one makes you upload a dozen pages per one episode or cut your pages for scroll format.
You just publish one page.
And then you publish another one.
