Well...
First image is just text, so no actual drawing or comic page. Second/Third looks more like a Cover image
Then the fourth image, that is actually a comic page. So you only have one page and the rest are just drafts.
Positive is that its almost nothing, so there isn't a great loss there. Negative is that you are not providing any kind of information while soliciting an artist, not many are going to dig for the information just to find is not a suitable pastime.
Mind you that most of the time in webcomics, artists are doing all the heavy lifting since they are in charge of all visuals, characters, backgrounds, scenes, covers, probably even the title logo, extra artwork, promo artwork and such.
So first of all they have to deal with the heavy lifting, second is that motivation won't last if there isn't an actual benefit, especially for stuff that is not theirs. They can emphasize but won't share your passion.
I would suggest these things:
- To make the comic on your own, there are several resources in how to learn to draw and make comics, especially in the Tapas Art Master Library
- Save money until you can pay an artist / Try to seek a collaboration (I would recommend reading this first, and while making your pitch provide within answers for these questions)
- Understand your resources and limitations, accept the fact your story can't follow your vision at the moment, then write a novel if no artist shows up
