Animator seeking writer (unpaid)

Hey guys, animator here!
I just signed up on here looking for a writer for an animation project I want to kick start. I've been looking around and I know this forum is mainly for comics and novels, but seeing as how Im seeking a writer I'm hoping its okay to post this since its somewhat related. I've been trying google for finding a place to find writers and this is the best place I could find so far.

I've been wanting to create a project that's not just short 30 sec to 1 min long animations that have no story whatsoever. I've had story ideas of my own but feel I can create something better if I work along with a writer. So that being said, this would be a collaborative format in terms of writing a story. I want to be invested in this so I would like to have a hand in the story as well. I haven't got anything pre-written so the story is from scratch.

I do have preferences for this. I want to create any of the below:
Adventure, Fantasy or sci-fi.
I'm into action so it will be Action/Adventure. Action/fantasy etc. (No gore though)
While it will be a serious story it will have some comedy throughout when needed.
The art style well be semi realistic. (This can change however)

It will be 8 to 10 minutes long and will be published on YouTube.Therefore if it gets enough attention it could potentially get revenue. Any made will be split evenly. You will be credited of course through end credits and in the description of the video along with any links you want to provide relating to your work. If we are both happy with the final product I'm happy to continue the project through making it into a series.

I have much more details about the project but I want to see if anyone's interested first. I will give full details to anyone who's interested. I don't have much in terms of examples of my work I have online. But I will see what I can do for anyone who's interested.

This is something I might be interested - I've got a WIP script I'm looking to animate but although I could do it myself there's a lot of time restraints.

I work on action stories pretty often. Most of my projects are supernatural/action or crime/action works so this stuff is my specialty. I love to write comedic dialogue too.

I'd even be happy to help out with the storyboarding and design (as I said, I'm an animator myself as well as a writer) if that's something you need. Obviously if you've already finalised these aspects that's all good but I know how tough these processes can be without feedback from a co-creator!

I have a completed fantastic 2 hour long story. I've submitted it to the Writers Guild of America for my protection. I would love to work with an animator but before I send you the script I'd like to see some of your work.Here is the quick logline of the story.

The pirate Blackbeard’s Life story and how he unwittingly became the inspiration for the poem, “Twas the Night Before Christmas”

If it is animated properly I think it'll be a huge hit and it'll be a hit that would make money every Christmas. At the moment I have entered it in several writer's contests but the results won't come out until the fall.
