Any anti-religious/atheist comics out there?

My comics are, among other things, very much anti-religious (even if it's not clear, The Green-Eyed Sniper's world revolves a lot around organized religion and its damage to society. This will be explored much more in my upcoming comic, Infected Blood, to be released in February 2017. Here's some concept art).

I am looking for other anti-religious and/or atheist comics, or, at least, for other anti-religious/atheist authors. Anybody out there?

My own comic Lemonade has a take on the extremes of the Abrahamic religions, where religion is being used as a tool to keep most people down and create an untouchable elite on top.

I know I'm spoiling as it's not come into the story just yet, but the parts where it gets displayed are already done. I'm not working very chronologically on my comics.

Do you mean anti-religious as in all religion, or just theist religion? Also does the atheist have to also be anti-theist? (theist meaning the belief in god/Jehovah/whatever without the construct of religion.)

I honestly don't know of any anti-religious/anti-theist comics, there's a hell of a lot of horror movies like that, though.

'am an Atheist
and i DO agree that organized religions harm society more than benefit it, i personally live in an Islamic state and i know how much harm they can bring to a society
still, i don't identify myself as an anti-religious person, because i think that there are a lot of other things in our lives that are as harmful as religions, yet aren't identified as ones
things like Nationalism, Racial/Gender/Cultural Supremacy.. etc.
these things destroy all human societies too, they are organized, have their own versions of doctrines, priests, temples and prayers.. etc.
on the absolute contrary, you can notice minor religious groups inside the big and major ones that spread positivty and peace like Sufis in Islam and other mystic and Gnostic religious groups which always tend to teach that the universe is infinte and one's knowledge of it must be infinte too
so, i usually identify myself as an anti-"organized thinking" person rather than only "anti-religious" person
i think that any idea is the best idea until it's organized, institutionalized, indoctrinated and forced on individuals by some sort of authority
looking at it this way, i can say yes.. my comic Enkido too is partly anti-religious

i'm an atheist and one of the core themes of my comic is nihilism and anti-theism, among many other things. similar to yours, i imagine, a lot of it is subtextual but the concept of human-driven religious philosophies in relation to the grand scale of the universe was one of the driving forces behind my writing. good lighthearted fun.

Anti-theist here. Pragmatically, I have a problem with all religions and the religious, though my opposition exists on a spectrum from "I disagree with you" to "We'd all be better off if you never existed." Essentially my stance is that the only path to enlightenment is through a vigorous search for, and dissemination of, the truth in all matters, and that the only way to determine what's true and what's not is through an honest, objective examination of evidence. So yeah, even though I don't have a grudge against certain non-harmful religious practises, I still oppose all faith-based thinking on a philosophical level.

My comic will eventually delve into the authoritarian nature of religion, and also the differences between collectivist and individualist ideologies, but both as underlying themes rather than anything too explicit. Mostly I'm hoping for it to be thought-provoking entertainment.

whelp I'm an atheist but not anti religious. I tend to like to use spirituality and religions as world building in comics, it helps really build fantasy aspects.
This Comic I made has a lot of cult themes, magic themes, strange alien customs, questions on beliefs. I'm not really putting my religious/political views into the work so much as trying to create a world and how it functions.

My atheist friend asked me if I'm lying about being atheist because of the fact I do this with my work. well I have one somewhat atheist character and that made them happy for the most part haha...

really? Most horror movies seem like the opposite, the ones i've seen they always end with religion triumphing over evil.

Lol. I guess it depends on what you watch. I saw all the ones that made religious people out to be like cultists freaks that murder people, or raise their kids to be murderers due to their insane abuse. This trope is normally seen with abduction and murder, or some evil ghost horror movies, at least from what I've see. I've seen a couple that are pro-religious/theist, but those only come up when satan is involved. I probably haven't seen those so much because the idea of the devil was never interesting concept for me.

On a separate note with the original topic. I'm an atheist. I'm more cut-throat anti-religious thanks to a childhood of bad experiences with it and just the overall gross feeling it gives me, but I'm pro-theist. I don't see anything wrong with believing in a god or gods, I just don't like toxic hive-mindedness like religion, people should be allowed to believe/disbelieve however they want. As long as it doesn't hurt anyone or you don't try to control with your ideals, that is.
I mainly asked for details because some people do get pissed if you claim to be atheist, but still be cool with the belief in a god despite disliking religion.

Not a comic, but my novel A Dance of Love & Death has Death as a POV character, but they are quite clear that there is (in their universe) no gods or angels or suchlike.

My comic is going to have an ex-Catholic and two ex-Muslims. All of whom will be pretty vocal about why they're ex.
