The last one i partook in recently was #VisibleWomen! there was also a #VisibleNB tag going around. i know there are plenty of other tags for industry specific arts but i can't remember the last one i saw - i wasn't following enough artists to catch on and partake! that's why it's so good to follow lots of other folks from tapas and webcomics in general, to keep up with trends and use that to expand.

I looked up all the hashtags and tips you mentioned here, it seems like tumblr is better for short form comic instead of longform storytelling?

Alot of the article I found from google about webcomic promotion on tumblr seems to be from a few years back.
How relevant is tumblr these days to jumpstart a webcomic if one has to start from scratch?
