Any tips for promotion?

Hey, I’m trying to grow my comic’s reach and get it in front of a bigger audience. Does anyone with experience have any advice on how to promote it more effectively?

Most of the promotions I do are off site. Because think about it... lots of comics and novels in the top 20 community that you don't see ONE advertisement here in the forums...

I get alot of views and traffic from Bluesky. I only get like 6 a month on Meta apps.

But people tend to go to Comic Fury because uncensored 14+ there. I post the Tapas link, however they notice its censored for PG on Tapas. And end up there.

I do animated promos. They take some time to make with layers of my artwork and adding in transitions and sound effects.
But work great.

I'm apart of Bluesky comic, manga and indie studio feeds on Bluesky so my content gets reshares too.
