@Zaboem Your ideas are very sound. One Thread For All sounds like a very good idea(and an amazing My Hero Academia callback XD). Now I just need to get my hands on either the Fate Core system(which I find to be the best system for free-form RP) or the latest D&D rulebook... Gotta start running that paladin.

Also, how DARE you leave me hanging with that Star Wars RP story! XD

Having a DM resolve these things for us sounds like a reasonable idea. We pitch our actions via post, and he/she shows what his/her dice show. This way we can do away with the trust problem.

I don't just run games for Pathfinder - I'm making my own tabletops! I'll probably hold lots of sessions come Summer, so in case ya want to join in, I can certainly do some. ^w^

Hahah That is one badass Raven!
Reminds me of my own Warlock who had a sprite for a compagnion. I names him Hercules because of his great -4 strength modifyer xD
But at first I Roleplyed the sprite very obedient and casual.
But eventually a friend om mine visited and watched us play D&D. After a while she joined in a bit and took the voice of my Sprite!
Suddenly my companion had an attitude and disagreed on everything. I even strapped him on a Arrow and shot him accross a vulkain to let him see what was overthere... But he fell into the lava....He was NOT happy with that....

What the hell. Let's get something started!

I recently scrapped a piece of Predator fanfiction I was writing, but the setting and story are still serviceable. I'll need a dozen players at most (note: risk of death is high) and someone has to act as dice-roller to determine the success rate of various actions.

Hey there. I'd be up for a game. What kind of system would we be using, and how plot-based GM-ing should we expect? How challenging enemy encounters should we expect and what level of player agency are we talking about?

At the moment I'm only used to DanD systems, most preferably 5th edition. My most used setting is Ayrhlan, the world in which the comic takes place. Highfantasy, Lovecraftian influences and seasoned with folklore from all over.

The gods can be quite hands-on, but in the last campaign all but two lost most of their power. The Primordials are trying to take over the world. Landmasses and oceans are shifting.

Campaigns can range from low-level survival to high-level reclamation arcs and all in between. Paladins would be in high demand. Direct interaction with your (fallen) deity is possible.

Ooooh. I am SO interested. And yes, I've always wanted to play a Paladin, seeing as they resonate with my ideals the most.

Is there any way I can get an indepth look at the setting materials and lore? I wish to get a good grasp of what is going on, so that I can write good posts. Count me in, btw.

Yeah, I don't want any story details. How could I enjoy the story, otherwise?

But I sure want all that lore information. And also info on any possible deities for the paladin character. The quirkier they are, the better.

Quirkiest would be a paladin of Cyral, he would be random enough to empower a paladin.
Cyral is my god of chaos (he is good aligned), he is linked to the elemental planes, so he isn't as dependent on followers as other gods. Most of the time he has only one follower that he just gifts with power and hopes it doesn't kill the follower.

The list of potential gods is quite large, I'll list the most used.

Dyne, god of law, nobody listens to him anymore.
Grym, god of order, at the moment he is a bit angry and is more god of punishment.
Ycro, god of justice, reincarnation of the angel Croal, that killed the first dragon.
Erde, goddess of peace, as in peace by force.
Quethsol, god of the sun, has a habit of dying and reincarnating.
Lunara, goddess of the moon, also has a habit of dying an reincarnating.
Fenrath, The Primal Wolf, god of survival. Perks include not getting cold.

I could give more but the list would get to long

I think I am biased towards Dyne, since no one listens to the poor guy anymore. XD

Another interesting one is Ycro, and he's the one I would normally choose... however, the first one is just that much more interesting, and will lend itself to a great amount of gameplay decisions(a zealot of a law-focused God who just has to fix everything that is wrong with unlawfulness at large).
