Anyone feel like critiquing this building?

I feel like I've tackled one point perspective pretty well, but I haven't taken the time to spruce up on two and three just yet. I kind of decided to wing it on this frame and it shows. Anyone feel like redlining this to give me some pointers?

If I knew how to use the tool, there's a perspective tool on Paint Tool SAI 2 that helps with this. But I can kinda see what needs fixing just by looking at it so I can see what I can do? Or do you want someone who KNOWS how to do perspective?

It seems like you got two point down, gg! One point only has one vanishing point.

Some pointers:
The distance between the window frames should be getting smaller
That's a pretty lonely building
The streetlight should be a little taller
"Cafe" is not in perspective

Drawing is not my forte but the only thing that catches my eye is the light pole?... the floodlight? (not the pole) I feel like it is too big, unless that was the intention.

Also I feel like your are not using the same point for the upper part of the building....that's it.

this is what i'd do. i usually exaggerate perspective a little bit and don't use super straight lines, that way you don't notice fudged perspective as much and it doesn't look too rigid.

and maybe play with the design of the cafe a bit more? looks a little bland as is. maybe reference pics, like these -

to give it a bit more character.
