Not a guy, but from what I have seen I have a good amount of dudes in my subscriber list - my comic is far from cute. So far that some of my female friends don't want to read it anymore

So no, you are not alone. And you also need to dive deeper into tapastic and find all those great gritty, not-cutesy comics.

Dude here. From what I've seen there's an even mix of guys and gals hanging around.

Oh, and I'll read most any longform comic that peaks my interest, doesn't matter if it's cute, dark, scary or vanilla. As long as it's well-made, I'll give it a read. Not really interested in the gag-a-day stuff.

The gag-a-days here do seem to have an overall style preference that is distinct from other places. I like it, even if I don't replicate it.

I can understand why the OP might ask this question; Tapastic ain't exactly overflowing with Punisher and Witchblade knockoffs... thank god.
