I have a few easter eggs hidden through my comic strips and novels. Some of them are characters from works that my friends have created. Others are visual or verbal references to some of my favorite works in classic media, or (once-in-a-while) GMOD videos. And the third, and biggest one, is when I hide my mascot, Toon Jean, throughout certain pieces of my artwork or comic strips.

I do plan to give Toon Jean a proper series, and have had some scripts in the works, but for now, its fun to hide him around through some of my comic strips. Once in a while, he'll appear in the novels too, but in a more "descriptive manner," or just when I'm making a list.
For Jean-Luc & Joey (the novels), there's a town that the fox-and-rabbit duo used to live in called The Town With No Name. It's a name which was also used for the hilariously bad game, The Town with No Name, for the Amiga CD32.

In Sonia: Legends of Eternal Darkness, Sonia hints to be less of a cartoon-lover, and more for someone who enjoys magical girl anime... especially ones where the heroes travel to faraway lands. This isn't much of an easter egg, but more of a nod to one of the original scrapped concepts I had for the series during the planning stages.
Speaking of Sonia... The story Darkness is Your Nightmare has a reference to Resident Evil 3: Nemesis (albeit named differently) on the original Playstation. Sonia's Dad, Mr. Hardell, actually still owns his original Playstation, something he kept near and dear to him from his college days.
Also, the story Night of the Living Ginger has a scene that's a homage to Scooby-Doo, or more specifically, it was inspired by the chase scene from the Johnny Bravo/Scooby-Doo crossover, Bravo Dooby-Doo,
The story "Let the Dead Bury the Ginger for my Mellisa & Julianna novel, is a direct reference/homage to one of my favorite Spongebob episodes, NASTY PATTY.

In one of the Mellisa & Julianna comic strips, GLOVER makes a hidden appearance.

Julianna has also read the book, "Love, Simon" (I personally never heard of it). Safe to say... I don't think she likes it.
Hey. You ever played the classic arcade game, PAPERBOY? I love that game, and there's a Sticktoons Strip that references it.
Other references include dialogue quotes, and famous products but named different-yet-similar to the real deal (Like Nintendo being named Zentindo, or the Game Boy being renamed as the Game Buddy).
There's more references out there in my various works. You just need a keen eye, and a slap-happy brain to find them~.
