I don't know about similar, because the comics I read tend to be slightly more realistic ?...
But there are some BL must reads out there:

George and Johnny Beautiful art, very cute, very real.
Blossom boys Similar art style, good read, very cute, very finished.
Jamie Also teenagers, cute, very sweet, cute art, cute characters, very cute.

Haha I'm sorry I'm terrible at giving explanations. But these are my favorite BL's on Tapas.

I also have something kinda BL-ish, with a little bit a similar kind off art style, in a way? It's about figure skating. MAYBE you'll like it ahaha: Icebreaker

But honestly, browsing the romance tag would probably give you nice BLs to read, since there's plenty on Tapas!
