wattpad, webnovel, royalroad & topwebfiction are one of the more popular ones i know of!
Besides what @/emanon said, there are Sweek, Inkitt and Neovel too.
Keep in mind that if you're posting on Royal Road, it has to be LitRPG. Nothing else gets any traction there. At all.
