I know that we're all not in the same internet sphere, country, and consume information differently, but I believe there is something to be said if you're in a public space, there's possibly already noise pollution from cars and people commuting. Here's a little chart if you want to make sure that you're not potentially harming anyone in the future.
By the way, all five of your points for censorship sound a lot like a lack of self-awareness for public safety. Yes, you could be just there to spread some words, but it's probably not how others see it. In the past, I have seen a group of people stand in a public space for hours talking to each other, people just crossed the road because they felt intimidated by the crowd, many avoid going into the businesses that they stood in front of even though they aren't blocking the way. I don't know if the police were ever called on them, I'll never know.
And about the camera thing, I have had someone come up to me because I stood in front of a cctv for too long, so I moved away from the property. They didn't say there was a camera, I knew there was one and just put two and two together. It wasn't a big deal since they didn't threaten me and only asked me to leave the area. Possibly, property owners just don't want people loitering nearby.
Unfortunately, because it is hard for the police to reasonably arrest people for loitering, cities in the US have designed a lot of public spaces to be hostile, that especially affected homeless people. It's depressing that we spend that much money to redesign a public space nobody likes instead of helping people get out of poverty.
For me, that is censorship, the way law-abiding citizens suffers because of a system that is designed to bring them down and keep them there. They aren't seen and heard, not by their family, not by their peers, not even in public, and not even by God. Mind you, on average they end up living 30 years shorter than the people who aren't homeless lives up on average 77 years old.
When more and more people become homeless, democracy will slip away alongside it, and there would be nobody left to advocate for. So, don't just blindly defend neo-nazis. Instead, advocate for your families, your peers, your neighbor, your local businesses. Anything but the people who wants you to think they are being discriminated against just because they can't earn their next big stock trade, those people are the very people that have the same rights as you do, and maybe even more than you, censorship make the stock look good.
