I thinks It's very well drawn
it could help if you had a clearer direction of light and shadows .... it could be a great device to make your art more dramatic or interesting
and the pose is fine, but if you are unsatisfied with it here's my two cents:
he perspective and everything is like from someone whos just standing in front of her to have a chat
even the same pose can be more exciting when you pick an angle perspective that isn't the standard frontal view
and the pose: sme here, it's fine!!
if you want to do more tho, you need to break up the horicontals and verticals
the exes are on an horizontal, the shoulders are, the hips are
and the head, spine legs all follow the same vertical line
try looking up "coontrapost" and "line of action" ... anything that gives your character a break from horizontals and verticals might be a good place to work from
