Hello! I am miwa. I am interested in creating a BL webtoon. First of all. This project is UNPAID. But as long as we can get some reward, it will be 50/50.
My role will be writer and artist. I'm a beginner artist so my drawings are not the best, but I practice a lot and I improve fast.
Now yes: For those who do not know what BL is, it is a genre that is based on the love relationship of a boy and another boy. Basically a gay relationship.
My idea was to make a story about a BL coffee shop. A BL coffee shop is a coffee shop staffed by cute boys who play different boyfriend roles to each other. I don't know very well how to explain it but if you are interested you can look for videos.
Synopsis: "MC's life has always been calm and normal. He has friends, goes to college, and has a good relationship with his parents. However, everything changes when he finds himself needing to find a job and gets a job at a coffee shop, and what appeared to be a normal cafe is actually a BL Cafe. MC must learn to get along with his strange and beautiful classmates and try not to fall in love with them."
It may sound a bit cringe in synopsis, but I want to try to give it touches of humor, drama and some spice (but suitable for all ages)
I would like you to have a manwha/manhua style since it is the one that would combine the most with the story.It doesn't have to be detailed. Just something like this image.
Btw, Here is a photo of a drawing in progress. As I said, I am a beginner artist, I have been drawing digitally for less than a month. That's why I want help, to improve the things I don't see and learn more.
In principle I could take care of the story, character design, lineart and base color. But I need help with the anatomy, details, poses and backgrounds
I don't know how many chapters the webtoon would have. I want the chapters not to be really long, maybe less than 30 panels
To finish, I would like to say that I have never worked with anyone on a webtoon before, but I think I am good at talking and if you want to help me with my project I am sure we will become good partners.
