Hello, new guy here.
I've always wanted to try and make a comic but, unfortunately, I can't write to save my life, so I'm looking for a writer to collaborate with.
I'm hopefully looking for something short at first because, while I do draw, I haven't really done any sequential art, so I would be learning as I go. I'm not even sure what short would be. 20 pages? 40?
Another reason I'd like to start small is that I work a full-time job, so I would be doing this in my spare time. It's important to say that I can't really afford any payment, and to be honest, I don't think there's much chance of making any money out of this. It's just something I'd like to do as a hobby.
As for the story, I'm open to pretty much anything. I've always liked sci-fi and fantasy, that sort of thing, but I'm very willing to try something like romance, comedy, horror, whatever. The one thing I'm not really into is BL. I've noticed its really popular, but it's just not my cup of tea.
