Introduction:
Hello! My friends and I are looking for an artist to collaborate on an eight issue muppet-inspired superhero webcomic called Fuzzman & Sockboy! While we have a look in mind, we’re so passionate in bringing this comic to life in other styles.
Premise:
Two puppets (full of radioactive stuffing) protect Sunflower City from an onslaught of strange villains such as the "Irritable Sulk". Along the way, the duo unravel the mystery behind their existence.
Artstyle:
The art style is reminiscent of superheroes and Sesame Street.
To give you an idea of what we had in mind, here are concepts made by Mitchell Gibbs McGrory and Diamond Apple:
Fuzzman: The Carpet Crusader! A fuzzy-hearted, neurotic fellow that’ll do whatever it takes to protect Sunflower City and his image. Has the ability to generate electricity and stretch his arms at incredible lengths.
Sockboy: A smug, devil-may-care sock that’ll put his life on the line for Fuzzcuz. Fights like a boxer and has super strength.
Officer Pig: The Zenigata/Jameson of the comic. Officer Pig is a hot blooded cop with a vendetta against Fuzzman. Will put him behind bars for breathing. Prefers sling shot.
Sulk: First villain of the comic. A grumple that turns into an unstoppable monster when annoyed.

The Deal:
Due to hard times, we're willing to do whatever it takes to make the workload easier for you (such as simplifying the art, taking out panels, and offering support in the coloring department).
Keep in mind that this story is a passion project. All of us are getting paid depending on how well the comic does. The plan is to get three chapters done before uploading on Webtoons so you can have more free time (this also helps me finalize plans for marketing).
Once we complete an issue, we'll submit it on Comixology. We plan on making merch down the line. Profits will be split evenly (there's gonna be five of us). As for the story itself, everything is planned (as you can see in the writing samples). So far we've written three issues.
Conclusion:
Thanks for reading. We're enthusiastic about this concept and can't wait to get started. Feel free to comment or DM. We're always open!
