I’m currently seeking a passionate and dedicated artist to collaborate on an original WEBTOON series that’s been in development for some time. This project is very close to my heart, and I’m looking for someone who’s not just talented, but also deeply excited about storytelling through visuals.
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
The series is a drama-romance school novel with strong emotional and psychological elements.( I am currently recreating the storylines) It follows the story of a young girl grappling with a mysterious past, hidden truths, and complex relationships. Think True Beauty meets Who Are You: School 2015 with a darker psychological twist. The narrative is layered with suspense, slow-burn romance, and gripping character development.
The story has been fully conceptualized, with scripts ready for several episodes. This is an opportunity to be part of something that aims to resonate deeply with readers and spark real emotional connection.
️ LOOKING FOR AN ARTIST WHO CAN:
• Draw in WEBTOON/manhwa or anime-inspired style
• Create expressive characters and emotional storytelling
• Design detailed and immersive backgrounds (or willing to collaborate with a background assistant if needed)
• Handle paneling, sketching, inking, coloring, and possibly lettering (negotiable)
• Commit to long-term collaboration (episodic schedule flexible based on mutual availability)
PREFERENCES (not mandatory):
• Experience with LINE WEBTOON / WEBTOON CANVAS
• Open to creative input and brainstorming
• Comfortable working from a script and character sheets
• Able to communicate clearly and regularly
COMPENSATION:
This is a collaborative project, so we can discuss one of the following:
• Revenue Share (based on WEBTOON monetization)
• Flat rate per episode/page (if budget allows or crowdfunding succeeds)
• Royalties if published/partnered

Synopsis:
At Seoyeon High, Ji Yuna is the embodiment of perfection — popular, top of her class, and feared by rivals. But everything changes after a school field trip ends in tragedy. When Yuna goes missing and is presumed dead, another girl wakes up in her place… with her name, her uniform, and no memory of her past.
Only Baek Seo-jun, Hae-won’s childhood bestfriend, begins to notice subtle differences in her behavior — she’s more rebellious, sarcastic, and emotionally raw than the “old Yuna” ever was. Meanwhile, Choi Da-eun and Kang Mi-rae, Yuna’s two best friends, cover for the change, claiming Yuna lost her memory.
As Seo-jun starts connecting the dots, jealousy and suspicion rise among students. Yoo Min-jae, a competitive top student, grows hostile toward the new “Yuna,” and Jung Tae-hwan, a sharp observer with a grudge, begins investigating her identity.
With love blooming, danger rising, and the real Ji Yuna still out there… Hae-won must choose: keep pretending, or face everything she to forget.
