One of the first things you have to do when signing off to be eligible to join the forums is look at the rules. You obviously did not. You are not allowed to promote your services. Please actually read the rules.

I read the community guidelines and didn't see anything about what you're saying there. Not disputing it but if you guys have more than one rules page then that should really be mentioned somewhere to avoid confusion. As a newcomer I assumed I had read the rules and was clear, no need to be condescending.

Pause (non condescending pause more or less confuses). Was this the guidelines presented prior to gettinh on the forums? I ask because I haven't been a new user since 2019 or 2020. Maybe they have changed?

sorry to butt in but even though i cant speak as a new user anytime i've opened the page i don't see the guidelines pinned to the top of the site anymore not even as a banner but then there's this so i guess that's why

i'm not even sure if there will be another update to it but the no soliciting thing has remained a standing rule
