Asian artists, anyone?

Hi everyone,
Just wonder if there are lots of Asian artists on Tapatic and do you have problem making comics in English (for country which has other languages as their mother tongue & official languages)
I'm from Vietnam, and currently making a comic called 005/Buddies, but when I feel kind of weird reading my comic's English speeches...

Korean here, although I've been living in America for almost 20 years now. I speak English pretty fluently. Now, that doesn't mean I'm a great writer... I have tons of writing related problems! My writing is just as lacking in Korean as it is in English. XD I have a long way to go.

My comic, Heart of Keol, actually features an alternate world inspired by ancient Korea. There is a Korean translation available on Tapastic, but only for the first chapter... I need to fix that soon!

Er..I'm originally from the Philippines. lol But I've been living in the U.S. since I was 11 years old (I'm 20-something now. eheh). Having spent so many years in America, I prefer to write/speak in English. Actually, English has always been my strongest subject in school. Haha! I'm quite fluent in Tagalog (Filipino language) but nothing too deep.

hey I see that you use Clip studio paint, is it good compared to Manga studio? I saw an ad of clip studio paint before but didn't download the software..

Clip Studio Paint is basically Manga Studio under a different name, haha. Yeah, it's pretty great. Making comics is really easy with it and inking is so fun! No mess whatsoever.

I was born in the Philippines, but my family moved to America when I was still a toddler. While I can understand a fair amount of Tagalog, I can't actually speak it. ; w ;
but in my spare time i've been trying to learn it.

First generation Filipino American here. English is my only (fluent) language and I'm lucky enough to work with a Chinese artist from Finland on Battle-Bug who speaks English fluently as well.

I'm born and raised in the Philippines. I'm fluent in both English and Filipino. But since English isn't my mother tongue too, sometimes I wonder if native English speakers think my comic's dialogues seem awkward and unnatural. or maybe if I'm not choosing the words that could best deliver my ideas.

This reminds me that I'm usually mistaken for a Filipino IRL, by actual Filipino people. XD Koreans, on the other hand, are only about 25% certain that I may be a Korean until I start talking in Korean.

It's funny that you say that 'cause I've been mistaken for a Korean a couple of times before. But, really, it's quite obvious I'm Filipino, imo. Haha.

From Malaysia here, though I've been living in Australia for a couple years now Compared to other languages I know, I'm most fluent in English, still I'd say my grammar is pretty bad xD
