There's been this one mad goat scientist that's been building devices to create tornadoes and other such disasters to cause trouble where I live. No matter how many times I stop her and take her to jail, she still keeps breaking out of jail and causing more trouble! She claims that constantly endangering others and their property with her weather machines is "Freeing everyone from their restrictive bonds of the system" but I think that she (and her cyclones) are just full of hot air and she's only in it for a real estate scam or something like that. It's honestly starting to become really tiring to stop all these storms and disasters nearly every week or so! I wish she'd just give up already! Do you have any advice on how to convince her to stop this?
