Hi y'all! I love listening to ASMR to help me sleep and relax, and I even listen to it sometimes while I work. Some people think it's weird, but it really has helped in my mindfulness and relaxation. One of my favorite accounts is FredsVoice ASMR.

I probably listen to Yuuri and Cardlin the most but I also enjoy Hollow's short narratives as well
this girl has a whole playlist that is "no talking". she has ear rubs, spoolies, fluffy feathers, and talking ones, and tingle immunity. A very varied amount of stuff by her.
Oh man, I love ASMR My favorite channels are asmr zeitgeist, Caroline ASMR, Chiara ASMR, SensorAdi ASMR, Crescent Moon ASMR & Blackmoon ASMR. Asmr with Sasha is pretty lovely too for no talking videos, ASMR Bakery is my go to channel.
