Auto resize images

can the Tapas site support auto resize images that are larger then the 940px limit, like Webtoons does? i think such a feature wont be hard to implement and would make uploading a lot easier, since i dont have to manually resize my images elsewhere, save a copy, before uploading it to the site.

Yes it can. It auto resizes to fit their format.

I dont think it can for the 940px width? unless I'm missing something

Not for the width as far as I can remember, and I don't think webtoon resizes for the width either. Can you still upload if pages are over 800px in width?

Actually, webtoon resizing tool is a bit wacky, if I don't resize the file myself to 800px width it looks choppy and as if it was resized with Windows XP Paint.
Then the only thing left for the ouploading system is just to crop the long resized canvas to separate on the several images for better loading once published.

But in any case if the export function in your art program doesn't have an auto-slicer or easy resizer, you can always use Croppy
