You should definitely go looking for a writer to write it for you as well. Who has time to write their own stuff? Just have someone else do it for you for no pay! It’s bulletproof!

Use fan art from some random piece of media (a game or a movie) for your story's cover and such.
And don't worry about crediting the artist, they won't mind.

Never start a fantasy comic without putting in several pages of creation mythology about how magic came to be but then there was a great conflict and an evil was sealed away and may return some day. Make the art as sketchy and vague as possible; you definitely don't need to actually learn to paint before attempting a painty style for these first pages of your comic that make up a person's first impression of your work! It'll go great!

Bonus points if the mc is related to the great evil or is the chosen one and is a demon/angel who keeps their identity hidden. Not to mention they just live in modern society and attend high school for the first few chapters as if the comic is a slice of life instead of a fantasy.
