I'm making character's and I need a different shade of skin tone for middle eastern and Hispanic I need a good color to mix

Honestly, one of the best tips I've ever been given for coming up with various skin tones is to find a makeup company with a huge shade range of foundations, and find their color samples chart. This doesn't give you highlight/shadow colors, but they are usually engineered to pretty closely replicate human skin colors.

This is the shade range from IT cosmetics, for example:

It's partially about your choice of shadow hue as much as it is about the base. Like if you take an orangey-yellow color and then give it red-hued shadows, it's gonna look orange. Take the same tone and use either teal or purple, and it's not orange-looking even though the base color is the same. Obviously in like, a sunset or something, you kinda have to use red-hued shadows BUT everything will be orange too.
