Biggest rework you've made for your story?

The biggest rework I made to mine was cancelling the first Hawk and Flo Adventures storyline to make the sequel instead because I got burnt out making it. I had a full 250 Page graphic novel, but none of it would upload. it was tragic....

I re-wrote my story 7 years ago. In the beginning it was a shonen manga full of fights using a similar system in Final fantasy 7. Then I sat down and put on paper the main events I wanted, giving them a proper setting and linking everything. Now it's more a low fantasy thriller.

For the art part, I'm working on the remastered version of my comic to make it more "manga style". I studied some manuals about the manga narrative, placing the balloons in a better position or fixing some panels. I also focused more on the expressivity of my characters.
Chapter 3 is taking so long to complete because I'm practising all the things I learned. This page is one that took me a bit of time to decide how to make it better.
