Hi, I could make a userscript for you, which will shrink this bottom bar, say, like this:
The main episode info will stay visible, and there will be a button to hide/unhide the rest of the bar (eye icon in the screenshot).
Userscripts can be installed via a browser add-on like Tampermonkey. I personally use them a lot to fix the UI which annoys me.
I could do something about the top navigation too, it's also really thick.
