it's my personal opinion your art hasn't reached the level where you will find much success. This is a good start, but you still have a lot of technical areas you could improve. There's no shading, no light source, your line width isn't varied, no color, and your anatomy is off
That's not to say you can't. But you should be realistic about where your level right now.
As for the future, anything is possible. here are things to practice if recognition is your goal:
- Facial anatomy (NOT ANIME.) understanding real anatomy will help you draw anime, but anime is a abstraction of a real body. Once you understand the real form better, anime is easier
- varying your line thickness. This is easier with a set of micron pens
- varying your values (light and dark) right now you don't have much varying, just white, black, and faint grey
- find your art style. even in anime theres differences in how people draw. if you want recognition, you need to understand how to make your art unique. This might be through color, shape, pattern, etc. just something you can use as your calling card. think of vivziepop's propensity toward pink and yellow, sharp angles, willowy bodies, etc.
- pay attention to the trends. Unfortunately i've not found much success just drawing my OC's. I have however noticed people get some attention when they use trending audios or draw trending subjects.
anyway, from one artist to another, good luck!
