I wasn't exactly sure what you were looking for in terms of clothing aesthetic, so I went with the anime schoolgirl type of design. I.. should've also asked about hair length lol

Not to be rude, but is there any reason you can't just make her yourself? If you can't draw, you could always use a dress up game or OC generator for visualization, find an artist to draw her, or search for an adoptable that fits what you're looking for ｄ(・ω・｀)

Happy to help! But yeah, using dress up games or avatar makers are a great way to visualize what you have in mind. It's the difference between a description of what you're imagining and literally seeing what you imagined take form~
