Can you get Featured if some of your comic updates contain fan art of copyrighted material?

I'm pretty curious about this because I recently made a comic update that contains Pokemon AU versions of my characters. It's just a funny little thing I do, but I wonder, since it's pokemon, it's copyrighted by a company, does it affect possibility to be featured by Tapas staff? Can you still get staff pick?

I'm liteally curious aboutthis and I'm not sure if someone ever asked taht question. Does anyone have answer?

I'm asking, because I think I saw some featured comics, that have fan art or AUs of copyrighted things in them, that's why it's so confusing. But on the other hand i may be wrong.

Oh, right, what I meant is this. This comic is featured on the main site and Community comic, but it contains parts where it's clearly using material from Harry Potter, which is a copyrighted property. So I am pretty confused where the line lies,w hen it comes to this.

I contacted the mod and apparently it's totally ok if it's just occasional fan art and doesn't take over the series.
