I apologize if this isn't the right place to post.
It's been a while since I've read it, so I don't remember the names of anything. I swear it was on Tapas, but it might been on webtoon. The main character is a teenage tomboy with blonde hair. She's friends with a boy with white and black hair, who has one golden eye who can also turn into a seagull. But those who can animorph in this universe have to be careful because their transformation can be permanent.
Last I read, they were on the run from these marionette-like characters that are originally instruments, but can magically turn into people and attack.
Please, any help would be greatly appreciated. Even if it's just the title. It's been driving me nuts.
